TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

FIRST

THE LESSOR owns the used vehicle, make _______________, model _______________, year of manufacture _________, color __________, VIN NUMBER________ and with license plate ____________.

 

SECOND

THE LESSOR certifies that the vehicle referred to in the preceding clause is in good working order and conservation of bodywork, paint and accessories, without greater wear than that produced by normal and ordinary use.

 

THIRD

By this contract, THE LESSOR undertakes to assign the use of the property described in the first clause in favor of THE LESSEE, by way of lease. For its part, THE LESSEE undertakes to pay THE LESSOR the amount of the rent agreed in the following clause, in the manner and opportunity agreed.

FOURTH

The parties agree that the amount of the rent that THE LESSEE will pay as consideration for the use of the property, will increase to the sum of $___________ (00/100 DOLLAR); amount that will be paid, in the manner and opportunity to those agreed at the time of leasing said vehicle.6

 

FIFTH

The lessee agrees to immediately report any accident, damage, theft or mechanical issue of any kind to the Lessor immediately. Failure to do so could cause the loss of the Lessee's security deposit and additional monetary liability.

SIXTH

Smoking of any kind and any manner is strictly prohibited within the Vehicle and if it is determined by Lessee that there has been a violation of this there will be a $250.00 fee assessed against Lessee’s security deposit Additionally, animals are not permitted in the Vehicle. It the Vehicle is retuned in any unreasonably dirty fashion (spilled drinks, food, garbage, pet hair, etc.), an additional cleaning fee will be assessed which is NOT limited to $250.00.

SEVENTH

l understand that I am responsible for ANY traffic or toll violations incurred while this vehicle is in my possession. The charges will be processed on the credit card listed on the rental agreement.

EIGHTH

I understand that odors of any kind. Weed, cigarette, Cigar, food, pet, etc. Will result in a $400 removal fee.

 

NINTH

I understand the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the time of pick up. I must provide a fuel receipt to verity the fuel used. A.$15.00 per gallon refueling fee will be assessed for any fuel used and not replaced.

 

TENTH

understand that I may be charged an entire day charge for this rental car if it is not returned within 4 hours of the return time.

 

ELEVETH

I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE WHILE I AM RENTING THIS VEHICLE.

 

 

 

BY SIGNING HERE, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS VEHICLE I NOT FOR BUSINESS USE AND FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. l acknowledge that I have reviewed and agreed to all Estimated Renter Charges and fees listed on Summary of Charges and further agree to pay for final charges in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Rental Agreement.

 

The renter(s) signing below, have read and agreed to the terms and conditions in this rental agreement jacket. By signing below, I am authorizing owner to charge to the credit card(s) and/or debit card(s) that I have provided to owner al amounts owed by me under this agreement for advance deposits, incremental authorizations/deposits, and any other amounts owed by me, as well as payments refused by a third party to whom billing was directed. I also authorize the owner to re-initiate any charge to my card(s) that is dishonored for any reason. I certify that the driver's license(s) presented is currently valid and is not suspended, expired, revokes, canceled or surrendered. Further acknowledge and consent to dispute resolution provisions contained in this agreement.
